We could tell you we do clean work, but you should see it. The photos below show actual garage door repairs from around Tampa, from South Tampa to Seminole Heights to Westchase. Some jobs are quick cable fixes. Others are full torsion spring replacements that took a door from dead weight to balanced and smooth. Every one of them started with a written price and ended with our 365-Day Done Right Promise. This is what “done right” looks like. Jaylen Ross, our owner, still reviews photos from every job before we close the ticket.

Torsion Spring Replacement in Seminole Heights
Before
AfterThe homeowner called us at 6:40 a.m. because their door would not open and they needed to get to work. The right torsion spring, the horizontal coil above the door that does most of the lifting, had snapped clean in two. We replaced both springs as a matched pair, since they wear at the same rate, and rebalanced the door. The door went from completely dead to lifting smooth and quiet. Price was quoted and agreed before we touched a single bolt.
Snapped Lift Cable Repair in Westchase
Before
AfterA frayed cable finally let go while the door was halfway up, leaving the door jammed at an angle. That is a dangerous position, because the door weighs well over 150 pounds and the remaining cable was under full tension. We released the tension safely, replaced both cables so they wear evenly, and checked the drums and rollers for damage. The door sat straight and level again within the hour.
Garage Door Off Track in Brandon
Before
AfterOne of the rollers had popped out of the track after years of wear, and the whole door was leaning hard to one side. The owner tried to force it shut, which bent the lower track section. We straightened the track, replaced all the rollers with sealed-bearing nylon ones, and reset the door. When we finished, the door ran quieter than it had in years, and we showed the customer the before photo next to the after photo before we left.
Broken Spring on a Clopay Door in Carrollwood

The door had one older spring doing all the work, and it finally gave out. We replaced it with a pair of properly sized torsion springs matched to the door’s weight and cycle rating. Before the fix, the opener could barely drag the door up. After the fix, the door opened so smoothly the homeowner asked if we had replaced the opener too. We had not. The springs were just doing their job again.
Noisy Door Overhaul in Hyde Park

Older doors in Hyde Park’s historic homes often sound like a freight train at 6 a.m. I have heard that complaint more times than I can count. This one had worn rollers, loose hinges, and a dry chain on the opener. We replaced the rollers, tightened every hinge and bracket, lubricated the moving parts, and adjusted the chain tension. Same door. Completely different sound. The customer said their neighbor thanked us.
